Our terms and conditions of purchase are subject to change, so please read them before placing your order. By confirming your purchase, you also agree to the terms of purchase. The purchase has been confirmed when you have received your confirmation email, and you must ensure that all the information you provide, such as name, email, and postal address, is correct. Please note that persons under the legal age of 18 years need parental consent.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We use Shopify Payments as it is a secure payment method. Shopify Payments is a payment service that forwards your payment to the merchant. We accept payments by credit or debit card as well as payments via Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Products and their delivery costs are paid at the checkout of our online store in connection with the order. You can choose the payment method that suits you from the following options:

Credit Card and Visa You can pay with the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and American Express. We use international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Checkout appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the payment card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely using a secure payment form, and payment card information is not stored in e-commerce systems.

PRICES

The prices displayed at sevenmuses.co include the statutory Value Added Tax. The delivery charges are included in the price of all clothing sold on this online shop. All prices and product information on this online shop sevenmuses.co are subject to change.

RETURN & REFUND

You are welcome to return any item within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that the returned item must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused in any ways. Once we have received your return and inspected it, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please notice that leaving an order uncollected from a postal office does not count as a return. In this case, we are unable to provide a full refund, and you will be charged for postal delivery costs.

FAULTY ITEMS

Everything we send out is quality controlled, however, if you have received a faulty product or an incorrect order, we will happily replace it or refund the costs as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase.
