Returns & Exchanges Policy – SEVEN MUSES

We ship worldwide from Antalya, Turkey. Our designs are ethically handmade in small quantities in our ateliers with the highest quality materials and standards. We fulfill orders as quickly as we can, depending on availability.

At SEVEN MUSES, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or exchange in line with the guidelines below.


📦 Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

For domestic (Turkey) returns: the item must arrive at our returns address within 14 days of return approval.

For international orders: the return must arrive within 30 days of approval.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, including the wooden box, silk pouches, and cardboard box (or an equivalent sturdy box for protection).

We cannot accept returns with damaged packaging, including those with cargo company stickers, duct tape, or any other form of damage. In such cases, the items will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

If the product originally included accessories, all accessories must also be returned undamaged in their original packaging.

In original condition: unworn, unused, with tags (if applicable).

In original packaging.

Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these criteria.


🔁 How to Start a Return

  1. Log into your account via the 'person' icon at the top right of our website.

  2. Or, email us at hello@sevenmuses.co with your order number.

We will review and respond within 1–2 business days with instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.


💳 Return Outcomes

We offer:

Store credit (via gift card, no expiry)

Exchange for another size or style

Refunds are only available for faulty items, once approved by our quality control team.


📬 Return Shipping Costs

Returns due to change of mind or size are at the buyer’s expense.

We cover shipping for damaged or faulty items only.

Domestic exchange dispatch fees:

  • Up to 500g — $10 USD

  • 500g to 1kg — $15 USD

  • Over 1kg — $20 USD

  • A return shipping fee of $50 will be deducted from your total refund amount if you have sent the product with a collect call.

International exchange shipping will vary. Contact us for a quote.


🎁 Store Credit Adjustments

If store credit is issued for a return, $10 USD will be deducted for future order shipping (as we offer free shipping on orders over $100 USD).

Underwear and earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty item, notify us within 14 days of delivery. Please include:

Photos or videos of the fault

Your order number

Once approved, we’ll send you a return label, and offer:

A replacement

A store credit

A refund

For sizing faults not visible via media, items must be returned to us for inspection first.


🕐 Pre-Orders & Delays

Pre-order delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Returns on late pre-orders are not eligible for refunds—only store credit or exchange.

Courier delays (due to customs, holidays, or weather) are outside our control and not grounds for refunds. We are happy to assist with store credit or exchange in such cases.


🏷️ Cancellations

Orders not yet shipped can be cancelled for store credit only.
Refunds are only offered in case of inventory errors or if your order cannot be fulfilled.


Exchanges

Exchange Process:

  1. Email hello@sevenmuses.co with your exchange request and the product you wish to exchange.
  2. We will inspect the returned item. If approved, we will ship your desired replacement within 3 to 5 business days (if in stock).
  3. If the replacement is not in stock, we will offer to produce it in our atelier upon your request. This option will be discussed with respective customers.

  • We strive to deliver all orders within the stated timeframes. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.
